I am Marjorie Janczak, also known as The Etiquette Diva!
I am an etiquette and communication strategist helping other entrepreneur moms to
strategically leverage the power of etiquette in both their family and business lives
through verbal and non-verbal communication to build quality relationships that inspire
trust to create an indelibly strong brand for long term benefits.
I have garnered over 10 years of Communication experience in such diverse industries as
the Petroleum and Energy, Airline, Non-profits, Property and Publishing mainly in Africa
and Europe where I worked mainly with expatriates.
I now serve as the Founder and etiquette expert of Etiquette Equities, a consultancy that
has established both online and offline presence offering strategic help to entrepreneur
and work at home moms.

| The Brain Behind It All |
Prior to establishing Etiquette Equities, I served in a total of eight companies specifically in Ghana, United Kingdom
and Germany.
These experiences provided me with the opportunity to work and come into contact with decision-makers and
executives from various countries and backgrounds. This gave me the first hand chance to observe, practice and
experience intercultural communication at a higher level.
Professionally, I hold a Post Graduate Degree in Communication and I am also a certified etiquette expert.

Personally, I was raised by parents who served in the diplomatic mission for Ghana in several international countries
and for that matter good manners and proper etiquette was not a choice but a MUST in our home!
However, as I started having children and working from home, I realized that without the conscious effort to maintain
